I would like to take this opportunity to refer everyone to Bob McCormick, without a doubt, the most amazing mortgage broker I have ever met.

My wife and I are real estate investors, and own a number of homes in the Sedona Area (actually, the bank owns them, we pay the monthly mortgage) Regardless, we needed to refinance both our primary residence, and a couple of the investment homes. I did a very thorough search of all mortgage brokers in Arizona, and all roads let to Bob. He had no Better Business Complaints, no complaints with any Arizona regulatory agencies, and had been in business for many years. That is really not easy to find, especially with the advent of the internet. The last time, I just went by the lowest rate, and had a nightmare experience with an internet lender, which will remain nameless. Needless to say, this company has been excoriated all over the web.

But not Bob. Not a single complaint about him anywhere. This peaked my interest, and I decided to give him a shot. His rates and closing costs were far better than any bank in the Sedona area. We got started, and I was very skeptical based on my previous experiences, always waiting for the other shoe to drop. Well, it never dropped. He is as true to his word as can be. He did so many things that no other broker did for us. Long story short, the entire process was smooth sailing, with absolutely no unpleasant surprises at the end.

Based on this amazing experience, we refinanced 2 more of our investment homes with Bob. These closed 2 weeks ago, smooth as can be, no stress whatsoever. Again, Bob set the standard for service, pricing, availability, and professionalism. The local bank that I normally do business with could not touch his rates or closing costs, especially for an investment property.

Bob always answers any inquiry very fast. I actually wish he took more time off, so that he does not burn out.

In, short, for us, there is no other mortgage broker in Arizona but Bob, and I refer him to everyone I possibly can. He was truly an amazing find, and definitely improved our lives. I would be happy to discuss him anytime.
